Creating your account
How to join the waitlist, set up your SpektraBot account, and get started.
Creating your account
SpektraBot is currently available through a waitlist. Once you are approved, setting up your account takes about two minutes.
How to join
Visit spektrabot.co.uk and fill in the waitlist form on the homepage. You will need your name, email address, and a few details about your situation.
We review waitlist applications and send an approval email when a place is available. This email contains a unique link to create your account.
Select the link in your approval email. You will be asked to choose a password. It must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Tick the data processing consent box. This is required under GDPR so we can provide SpektraBot's services. You can also opt in to email updates, but this is optional.
Once your account is created, you will be redirected to the login page. Sign in with your email and password. Parents will be prompted to add their child's profile. Teachers will see the chat straight away.
If you do not see the approval email, check your spam or junk folder. The link in the email is unique to you and can only be used once.
What happens to your data
SpektraBot takes your privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely in UK data centres. We never share your information with your local authority, school, or anyone else without your permission. Conversation transcripts are automatically deleted 90 days after your last message.
You can read our full privacy policy for details on how we handle your data.
Next steps
If you are a parent or carer, the next thing to do is add your child's profile.
